SUBSCRIPTION GUIDE
We require every member to update their top 5 games regularly to give us an idea of the games you are looking to play, this will help FridayFrog select and recommend games for you based on your specifications.
Your top 5 games will serve as the priority of games to be delivered, if top 1 is not available, we will deliver the next game on your list, if not, then the next one, and so on. Rest assured that with or without availability of your top games (which is unlikely), FridayFrog will guarantee that you have a great game to play.
It might take 24-48 hours to exchange a finished game for a new game. It is highly advised that upon your decision to request a new game, we hope you can give us a heads up before you finish your currently held game so we can schedule it and provide continuous supply for you to play.
MEMBERSHIP & PLAN
FridayFrog currently offers the following plans:

PLAYSTATION 5 PLAN
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RENTED GAMES
In case of events that a current game rented by the member is lost or damaged, the member is liable to pay its current market price or replace it with the SAME game.
FRIDAYFROG GAME COVERS
FridayFrog has customized the covers to our games, it should not be tampered with or removed at any circumstances, tampering of covers will result in penalties like temporary ban, or classification of game as damaged, which will result in payment of the full game as stated above.
MODES OF PAYMENT
FridayFrog accepts different modes of payment, it is either cash on delivery, bank transfer, Paymaya or GCash. It is upon the discretion of the member to which type of payment is used to continue their monthly rental of games.
REFERRAL CODE
Any person can refer FridayFrog to anyone. Rewards for referral are only valid after finalization of new member’s subscription

TURNOVER
Turnover of rented standard and classic games for now doesn’t have a limit as long as you are subscribed to our services.
For newly released games turnover is mandated to 7 days to give chance to other members.
SHIPPING
Shipping of games is advised to be delivered on your given address only, unless stated by the member. This will make sure that the game is delivered directly to the member and avoid any form of conflict that may result in discrepancy with your membership.

ONE way transaction – Exchange of game from old to new is in done upon delivery of a new game
Two way transaction = Renter uses outside courier to return the old game to FridayFrog, FridayFrog sends the new game thru outside courier of their choice to renter. Shipping will be shouldered by the member.

RECEIVING COPY
Copies of transaction from subscriber and FridayFrog will be given every time an exchange is made, it is highly recommended to keep the receipts for future reference and security of both parties.
CANCELLATION
Your Annual Membership cannot be cancelled and it is not refundable, however every member has the right to stop their monthly subscription. Members can also continue anytime their monthly subscription as long as it is within their annual membership.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your subscription, or the use of any or all of the FridayFrog Website and Services, with or without notice, in case of escalated discrepancy during his/her membership.
